Refund Eligibility

✓ You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented Pro features from working
  • The service did not meet your expectations for any reason
  • You accidentally purchased multiple licenses

✗ Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 7 days have passed since your purchase
  • Your license was revoked due to violation of Terms of Service
  • You shared or transferred your license key to others
  • You requested a chargeback or disputed the payment

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us: Send a refund request to support@everydaypdf.com
  2. Include details: Provide your email address used for purchase and order/payment ID (optional but helpful)
  3. Reason (optional): While not required, feedback helps us improve the service
  4. Processing: We typically process refunds within 3-5 business days

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Your Pro license will be deactivated immediately
  • Refund will be processed through Razorpay (our payment processor)
  • Funds typically return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. All refunds are full refunds of the purchase price.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us:

  • Your license will be immediately revoked
  • You will be ineligible for future purchases
  • We will contest invalid chargebacks with evidence of service delivery
