1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EverydayPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EverydayPDF provides browser-based tools for PDF manipulation, image processing, and document utilities. All processing happens locally in your browser - we do not upload, store, or access your files.

The Service is offered in two tiers: Free (with basic features) and Pro (with advanced features and no limitations).

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content of files you process
  • You must have legal rights to process any files you upload to the Service
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
  • You agree not to abuse, harass, or exploit the Service or its systems

4. Pro License Terms

License Grant: Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Pro features.

License Key: Your license key is personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to others.

Validity: Pro licenses are perpetual unless revoked for violation of these terms.

Refunds: See our Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility.

Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke licenses that are shared, abused, or obtained fraudulently.

5. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is paramount. All file processing happens in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files or personal data except as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

For Pro users, we collect only your email address and payment information necessary for license delivery.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, or AVAILABILITY of the Service
  • THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED or ERROR-FREE
  • THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or any damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERYDAYPDF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, or PUNITIVE DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, or GOODWILL
  • SERVICE INTERRUPTION or UNAVAILABILITY
  • DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro access (if applicable).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverydayPDF, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Service or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
